Water Management
Stevens Point is the "City of Wonderful Water"
We live in a water-rich area. Stevens Point rests on the banks of the Wisconsin River, near the Plover and Little Plover River. With this resource comes responsibility.
The Water Management Subcommittee will work to develop policy recommendations and facilitate community initiatives to protect our water resource. Water management includes water quality, water quantity and storm water management.
